The CSU Junior Nordic Ski Team is a youth athletic organization based in the greater Boston metropolitan area with a home base at the Leo J. Martin Ski track in Weston, MA.  The program serves high-school aged Nordic skiers aged 14 through 18 who have a passion for cross-country ski racing and can commit to year-round training.

CSU Juniors are one part of the larger Cambridge Sports Union organization, which includes a section for adult skiers, an orienteering section, and a section for runners.

CSU Junior skiers participate in a variety of Nordic ski races in New England every winter, including the Eastern Cup series and others. CSU provides year-round opportunities for ski training with Saturday rollerski workouts in Littleton, MA (as well as elsewhere), double-pole time trials in Concord, hill-bounding in Waltham, and more informal training. CSU skiers also compete in the off-season as well in such events as the Mt. Washington hill climb, Climb to the Castle at Whiteface Mountain in New York, the Kearsarge Hill climb in New Hampshire, numerous other road and trail races, as well as holding the annual CSU Fall Classic Rollerski race in North Andover in November
